There is a Monte Carlo 42 display in Shell Cove to see the set up you are talking about using stacker doors. They don’t have mesh though.

I personally wouldn’t have a stacker door in the leisure room as it limits the placement of lounges, but just my opinion. If you do this and don’t need to screen the stacker doors I’d consider going pillarless between the kitchen and games room. It’s costly but will look amazing. Yeah depends what it will cost as already over budget Re: Building with Wisdom Homes 11708Aug 01, 2018 1:47 pm Has anyone had any issues with Progress Payments?
I have never complained on this forum about Wisdom Homes at all. In fact when speaking to family and friends, i always speak highly of them. Never a bad thing to say... this may be my first. I am having issues with Progress Payments. Whereby my bank only wants to switch the % around from Slab to Frame. Just a switch so that they can comply with Lending Criteria. On paper it looks like such a minimal request and i didn't think it would be an issue - or a huge one. Now my CSR is starting to give me grief about it. Their change doesn't even make sense because we paid 5% deposit and not 10%. Any advice? Edited to add: I ended up re-negotiating with my bank in the end. I'm glad the issue didn't drag on as it could have easily! Re: Building with Wisdom Homes 11709Aug 01, 2018 2:01 pm Did anyone knew how to log complain to Wisdoms .My case started Jan 2017 ,the Contract signed September 2017,still stuck in Admin . I can’t believe the people showing so unprofessional performance of my case.I don’t know if Wisdoms management care the customer.I want to try to get commincation with them first . Re: Building with Wisdom Homes 11711Aug 01, 2018 10:27 pm Hoping to track down an old post or member who had a slatted door on the storeroom adjacent to the powder room to allow for ventilation. We are getting data points and computer equipment will be stored here so we want some air flow. Apparently WH won’t supply and install such a door but we are waiting for the EHI consultant to get back to us about one. Any ideas? Reticulated System (poison recharge every 3 years) Granit Guard (set and forget) HomeGuard (under slab protection) Termimesh (weep hole physical protection) I’m building in Bardia and apparently the local Flick pest control advised that there are no known termite reports in the area. He was installing a Reticulated System. But keen to get everyone’s thoughts/experiences!!!
