This is our 4th revised tender and as much as I want to get to contracts, I want to make sure we haven't missed anything.
One other thing I picked up last night - some of the windows aren't centred in the room. What do you guys think? Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅
Yes I would change that.
The home office is centred to the pillars but I'd change the lounge. Actually I'd make the office a 1020 csd, and the lounge 2x 820s and move the wall not windows.
Those 1020 cavity sliders will cost you $375 each if you want to upgrade the profile at colours just FYI. 820 doors are $85 each. Over $600 more all up per door for 20mm extra width. I don't think it's worth it for double doors.

This is a great point. We put a 1200 CSD on our home theatre which looks amazing, but due to the 1.2m cavity in the wall the whole wall feels really flimsy. We had never even though of this until it has been built. We have an 820csd on our study too to show you..

Thank you. Oh I'm so torn. Should I just accept off centred windows?

Yes... You honestly don't notice...
Go to a display home today (any!) and have a look specifically at their windows. You'll probably notice most are, but due to furniture placement you don't even realise...
