My original CSR did not action it before she went on leave last year and she isn't back until next week! Luckily someone in her Team must be monitoring her emails and got back to me today. DEP signed, sealed delivered!
The Final End Panel should have the revised Progress Payment schedule, right? I actually emailed Mark Scully directly last week as soon as I found out from my broker that the bank had issues with it. He emailed me back two minutes later! Pretty impressed, especially because I also emailed after hours!
