I asked DL this question below. Their response is yes, that's correct.
For me, this confirms Signature does not really provide any packaged extra value, it's really just all the items Signature give you added up at 100% of the cost.
If we upgrade or tiles, which we will, then we will only save $35/sqm (which incl labour/tile) for 2 walls in each bathroom.

Are you able to help me understand how it works if we have Signature vs Prestige and what Di Lorenzo will charge us.
Let's say we only want the DLT85546 tile to keep it simple and if we take a normal size bathroom such as 4m by 4m and 2.5m high ceilings. So each wall is 10sqm
If we were on Signature that means we have a $35/sqm allowance for the tile and labour for all walls, is that correct? So if we have Signature we have the two extra walls included which means we save 10sqm * $35/sqm = $350 per wall (based on the bathroom size above). Is that right or am i missing something here?
I'm asking as if the above is true then upgrading to Signature probably won't make sense for us as it's not a huge saving per wall.
We are on Prestige already and are paying extra 20k for some of the Signature upgrades already. So for us we are cutting it close. If it were 10k off then i'd just say forget it. They don't make it easy
