Looks like we will be on similar timelines too. Our frames completed last week (3.5 weeks from slab), bricks arriving Monday (week 4), but then there is abt a week's delay for the brickie to start, expecting bricks to start in week 6. Looks like you are looking at September end handover?? We do not have the official handover or completion date\s. But. Yes, if no one break the law of calculations (30 weeks build) and based on our 9 weeks momentum, we are sleeping at our house by September, I am will be extremely happy. But, taking the accounts of rain delays, tradies availability and other factors we are assuming and practically moving by November this year. That's our plan and my other friends here too. You got nice going to on your build, 1 week delay is okay, mine was 2 weeks delay from Excavation, then last 9 weeks is like winning 7th division in lotto Good luck and keep posting here your progress too. You should see all your internal plumbing completed in that week before the brick crew start. Our scaffold is due to be put up this week. Then we have to wait for our brick crew to come back. Didn’t hear from our SS this week but he seems to think we’re looking at late May for the completion of bricks last time we spoke. So glad there are no more public holidays now for 6 weeks! That large upstairs window is their Ensuite and will have a bath in front of it. Let’s hope they put shutters in. One that is trans laminated. Is that a bad idea? I thought u won’t be able to see the person but may you can see the shadow?? Re: Building with Wisdom Homes 10615Apr 28, 2018 7:03 pm Our neighbour also used clear glass in their bathroom, it’s a single storey but we can see over the fence from upstairs. I was relieved to see shutters have been installed now. I’m not sure how they even get clear glass through council?! We are getting shutters in our bathrooms. I don’t want people seeing my naked sillouette at night lol plus the windows can then be open. Hubby thought it was a bit of a waste of money though. Need to sign off on them tomorrow so I am going through it with a fine tooth comb. Can someone please advise - in our laundry, our dryer will need to be wall mounted above bench. Does that mean I need to tell my Electrical Consultant to put one powerpoint on the wall where the dryer will be (above bench) and one powerpoint on the bottom of bench where the washing machine will be? TIA! Re: Building with Wisdom Homes 10618Apr 29, 2018 4:45 pm ASJ1981 Hi everyone, received my draft kitchen drawings today. Yes I second it, I remember you got 1 time to change your electrical and no admin fee or change fee, if you are going to adjust something in your electrical other than the power point in laundry better do it all at the same time. navylion Building a Wisdom Homes Manhattan 35 in Sydney North West MyBuildTimeLine: http://navylion.wixsite.com/mybuildtimeline Re: Building with Wisdom Homes 10620Apr 30, 2018 10:19 am ASJ1981 Hi everyone, received my draft kitchen drawings today.
