Hate to say it but you probably won’t be able to make changes to your electrical plans without paying a fee.
Yes, provisions are put in as battens. Beacon lighting would have been talking about “batten fixes” which basically go over the top of battens to pretty them up, different to having a sparky remove the batten and install a pendant light there.

I think the fee is about $350 to change Electrical Plan. I hope they don't charge it The amendments i wanted was to change the downlights from Cool White to Warm White. Don't know why i chose the cool white! I think i got my wires crossed (excuse the pun!) I also forgot to put in a ceiling fan provision in the leisure room

We wanted to add PowerPoints after getting our kitchen drawings back and had to argue with them about not having our proper plans, as they wanted to charge us.
