We are in week 10 from slab and the upper roof and eaves are complete. Plumbing is done so electrical and aircon next before gyprock which is booked in for the end of March. 10 weeks from slab pour. We were lucky in that the usual curing time for the slab overlapped with the Christmas/NY shutdown period though. In this forum I’ve read that some people are more around the 13 week mark at this stage. Ah yes, that’s more usual. Our upper roof went on in week 12 and our gyprock didn’t go on til week 19! We had a few weeks leading up to Xmas when not much got done though. Great process there, brings back memories. Ours is about the same size as yours sitting at 59sq but without the third garage. It is a great house to live in - so much space and the rooms so big. Hopefully the process continues well for you. Oz Re: Building with Wisdom Homes 9718Mar 08, 2018 8:36 pm ChizCake @Oz, how are you finding the size now that you’ve settled in? As our third garage contributes to the 60sq your living space would be even bigger. It appears big from the outside but when you live in it daily it does not feel too big. Its not really the number of rooms in the house that makes it big, its the size of the rooms that contribute to the size of the home. Couldnt be happier in that regard. Have to say most rooms are visited daily but if you want to find a quiet place to hide you can usually find one as well. WoW nice house there chizCake, that's massive. Wished we could get the rear balcony connected to the master, stupid council wont allow it.
