Re: Building with Wisdom Homes 8409Nov 25, 2017 8:59 pm Hello Everyone, After evaluating costs of carpet upgrade , we decided to go with Oak leaf timber laminate for the upper floor . Now the Di-Lorenzo lady told us that Wisdom does not allow laminate to be put on the stairs cause of slippage which was strange to me as timber is equally slippery . Have any of you gone with laminate flooring for your stairs or upper flloor. ? Thanks SPK Re: Building with Wisdom Homes 8410Nov 25, 2017 10:08 pm spk_homebuild Hello Everyone, After evaluating costs of carpet upgrade , we decided to go with Oak leaf timber laminate for the upper floor . What colour laminate did you get? We are having the Aspen Oak. Just carpet on stairs and upstairs though.
