Any idea on the dates they are shut down for? Hey Hashem, I know the office was closed for 2-3 weeks last christmas. Not sure about the actual contractors though. Hopefully one of the others can help there. Building Wisdom Homes Serenity 31 Re: Building with Wisdom Homes 2133Jul 18, 2016 8:32 pm Went for a quick peek on our land. Lot of construction going on in the state and some other builder I guess drove over our land and left a pretty deep scar in the land. Any idea will this cause any issue? Please see pic below. NOw for the 10-15 day wait on the construction plans and to go back to the bank for the price of the variations. I am getting way to excited! And impatient! Helped move my brother inlaw & sister in law over the weekend into their new house at Pitt Town (Nth West Sydney) and hubby and I couldn't stop think about when they'll be helping us move! Ahhhhh to excited!!! Building Wisdom Homes Serenity 31 Re: Building with Wisdom Homes 2138Jul 19, 2016 7:24 pm It was fun but we are tired just selecting. The tiles appt were quite confusing... But quite happy with our selections in the end... Waiting to see the quotations that come back now!! We didn't go for too many variations which is a good thing but will still exceed the budget in the tiles as we decided to spend on the niches to give a good contrast! Which house you building if you don't mind sharing gfernz? Re: Building with Wisdom Homes 2140Jul 20, 2016 10:18 am Hi I am looking for some guidance with regards to Landscaping plans. We are going thru CDC, and have not chosen to go with Wisdoms landscaping plans . I am getting mixed inputs, some that landscaping plans are not required with CDC. Some saying it's not a CDC issue but that the developer may require one . I can understand developer requiring one but that could be later, not that it needs to go in with the building plans for approval . The reason I am not wanting to get them done now is because we haven't decided just how to landscape yet, and want the plans done one time . So the plans we do is the landscaping we get done , not that the plan is just done for submission then we end up redoing everything later. Pls let me know how everyone else has gone about it. Thx. Can someone please offer some advice? Im DESPERATE. Because I'm completely and utterly exhausted. How long are variations taking with other companies at the moment?
