But the builders have a maintenance section to deal with these kinds of things...but I guess maintenance is not a priority. I don't know about keyless entry, but it sounds great!....When it's working properly. ATM we can't lock our front door. Our security doors should be installed tomorrow so the situation won't be so urgent after that. Hope your grout finally gets sorted. They seem to think everything can wait ti 6 mon check .I would keep at them . I know they cant go to every house for everything but certain things come on . Its like they have only one person for every job . Cross fingers it gets sorted . Keyless entry is good but I always check if the doors locked lol . I always tend not to get excited when things get fixed coz I just feel .tradies always make things twice as bad . I stress alot . Ha ha....stressing is a waste of energy....I try real hard not to get caught up in it.....but sometimes....... Thanks ToriMatt The path we did ourselves (easy as) and we upgraded the lawn to palmetto (the package comes with winter grass). But the rest is what you get. Our developer is Lawley Private estate, but I'm pretty sure LWP offer a very similar package.
