Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Suffolk Park Estate - Caversham, WA 41Jul 29, 2015 5:18 pm If your house is the one I think it is SmokeyD (opposite me on Topsham Way, my house would be facing the rear of your house), then your tiles are all there waiting to go on! Re: Suffolk Park Estate - Caversham, WA 44Jul 30, 2015 7:35 pm colorbond Yea stage 5 are those lots at the bottom. And I'm in a stage of dilemma between builders and design plans. Take your time as it's probably the most important part of the build! SmokeyD - you want a photo update or you happy to wait and see for yourself? Re: Suffolk Park Estate - Caversham, WA 46Jul 31, 2015 5:39 pm Haha all good Yeah from my view, there were a few left on the top still to be done but they'd have been completed now, lucky you! Your house was one of the first to reach plate height though if I recall correctly, so you've had quite the wait for tiles haven't you? Re: Suffolk Park Estate - Caversham, WA 49Sep 11, 2015 5:19 pm Any update at my place? mrs hasnt been there for a few days haha Re: Suffolk Park Estate - Caversham, WA 51Jun 03, 2016 4:58 pm hello guys, What nbn provider is good in Suffolk Estate? Also when is the best time to contact them? We are in Lock down stage and we are ticking a very long list before we move in. Thanks Re: Suffolk Park Estate - Caversham, WA 52Jun 04, 2016 12:51 pm I use Optus and haven't had any issues with them but I know my neighbors use Telstra and one uses another provider. I hear a few complaints about Telstra in the area but that may be over in Taylors and the other estates. Did anyone got any external contractor for the door on the side of the fence? A few on the street did, I just put a solid panel up myself and will probably put a gate in later on. |
