Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jun 10, 2014 7:04 pm Hi We are about to build a new house and are leaning towards coral homes. But as this is one of the biggest financial decisions we will ever make, we don't want to rush in. With coral, we are looking to build a 34 square single storey home with A LOT of extras, with some of the big ones including: - decked alfresco - lighting - flooring - colorbond roof - solar - very lush ensuite - very lush kitchen - septic system (hstp) And heaps more (corals inspiration package plus a few of our own uogrades. The price is around $310,000 We are also considering smaller builders (ie. someone's name) who we can give the same plan to. Thing is, we don't know where to start looking. Is there any builders who you would recommend in SOUTH EAST QLD? Also, is it even possible to get a cheaper price than coral (with same amount of extras)?? Feedback would be great! Thanks!
