We are not even talking about supervisor here!! We are not even talking about supervisor here!! hmm, as i said, it depends on your area as well, but you can take it up with henley to get on site as soon as possible, we had to wait around 3 months for developer approval, once we got approval, our job was at top of the list so did not take while. What percentage of houses are going up with raft slabs out there? Got it checked today pre-pour with Building inspector (Building Expert- Branko). So relieved that everything was OK!! He said he will make recommendations for proper drainage after slab is in. I think all Henley houses in Taylors Hill that are built after March this year are raft slabs. Its 150mm below ground and 100mm above. 50mm packing sand underneath slab touching ground and 0.2mm polyethylene moisture barrier.
