Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jun 04, 2014 11:16 am My fiance and I are looking to purchase land (under $200,000) just outside of Wollongong (will commute to Sydney for work) - possibly the Koonawarra region. Hopefully within the next 3 months and build in the next year coming. We viewed Masterton homes on the weekend and want to build either the Symphony or preferably, the Villina 28. It looks like most blocks, in our price range, have slopes. We hope that people may be able to give us advice on the general cost in that area of site costs, levelling, is council reasonable, retaining walls etc and any other information would be greatly appreciated! As first home buyers we are very overwhelmed and welcome all and any input! Melanie Re: Looking to buy land near Wollongong and build with Maste 2Jun 04, 2014 9:24 pm I don't know the site costs but those blocks are on quite a slope. Split level may be the best option or multiple split levels. Why are you choosing masterton? There is a builder doing quite a few builds on Wydarra way and they are two story. The block prices seem to be $180k to $220k Building Symphony Grande Custom Masterton House and Land 12/6/14 Paid $3500 20/11/14 contracts signed deposit paid 4 16742 Our standard double-glazed window is tested to achieve, Rw 34, and can be glazed to suit Rw 39. It's worth looking for search terms like SaveH2O… 2 7009 |
