. We've signed a PPA with Ben Trager Homes and have just been given our selection file although pre start is a long way off. We're only expecting title next month anyway! Plus there's the small matter if the site survey, soil tests, etc which will tell us whether we have a minefield in our block
, so no building contract just yet. Needless to say, we've followed the other BTH threads quite closely. So far, we're quite pleased with their approach and the SC has been excellent.
My dear lady is very excited, especially with the selection file. I'm excited too...
...er...but keeping the budget very much in mind. For now, we're electing to do the floors, window treatments and interior wall painting to the lower floor ourselves. We'll probably decide by pre start what we'll finally do.

we are building a very similar plan to you, ours is the Steffen but we added a theatre like the Trevion and also a scullery. If you search Ben trager dawesville you will find my thread and plans
