Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jun 02, 2014 2:42 pm We are looking at house designs with Rawson, Fowler and Clarendon. Have shortlisted one each . Each builder has shown us things that can go wrong with the other builder's tenders! We are so confused! Can someone advise on what are the things to look for in the tender, what should be included at the tender stage and lastly how has your experience been with Rawson , Fowler or Clarendon. We are looking at building a double story , about 46 SQ house . Will appreciate guidance Re: What are things to look for in a tender 2Jun 02, 2014 4:16 pm I found this page to be really helpful. viewtopic.php?f=31&t=5823 Page 32 has a summary of all the points made throughout the topic.
