Just wanted to start a thread on people experiences over the last say 3 years building with Carlisle Homes. And how long the construction process take from start until Finish and what house and size you built? Photos would be highly welcome please My husband's and my house has offically started yesterday Temp fences went up 28.5.14 and 29.5.14 site was cut. We are building with Carlisle homes building a 28sq home with a screw piles slab in the outer eastern suburbs of Melbourne . Our CLE said this should take between 4 - 5 months max. Just trying to get an ideea of construction times and what final product looks like. I'm building the dakota30 in doreen and just finished our frame. We too had screw piles 50 to be exact at 9 mts deep... Fun and exciting times ahead. You will be amazed at how quickly things go up. Its very exciting. We are building Manhattan41 and are about a week away from PCI, so from start to finish it will have taken us about 5months. But wow 5 months on a 41sq that's amazing I know, right? We were pretty lucky though weather wise. I would imagine that could cause at least a months delay. Hopefully the weather will hold out for you, at least until they hit lockup.
