We are in Adelaide and almost at the contract signing stage. I am wondering about the clauses that should be in the contract by default or that we have to ensure that they will be added re late completions. Two main questions: 1-) is there a default industry clause about the rate per week that the builder needs to credit the owner for late completion of works?
