Browse Forums Building A New House 1 May 28, 2014 5:04 pm Can anyone who has been through pre start tell me the following please. Can you only pick from the range on display at Balcatta office. (Had a sneak peak with salesperson and thought floor tiles were limited and not to our taste). Would like them to lay floor tiles at build time rather than us having to do it after handover. Went to Crosby tiles to check out the wet area tiling range and found more choice there. Can we pick flooring from there for Home Group to lay ? I saw on other threads that someone mentioned a Reece shower head set does this mean that their range is greater than on display ? And also that they fitted customer supplied lighting. I was told that this was not allowed. Could someone please clarify. Hope someone can answer. Many thanx Colebunker Re: Home Group WA pre start questions 2Sep 17, 2014 5:58 pm Hi Colebunker, For the main floor tiling, you certainly have the option to upgrade to a non Della Vita range tile, such as ones available through European and Crosby tiles. However it will be an additional cost as it is an upgrade from the standard living area floor tiling. Additional costs will be discussed on the day of your Pre Start meeting if you decide to have this option explored, then you can decide if you want to go with the upgraded tiles or select from the standard Della Vita range. To further discuss this matter and any other questions you may have at this stage, it would be best contact your Contracts Administrator so you can get the best advice possible.
