Browse Forums Building A New House 1 May 26, 2014 11:55 am Hi all, We are building the Waldorf 48 in the South Eastern suburbs with PD. We are dealing with United Energy for installation of our underground pit. Just wondering what the process is. I have put in the application for the pit and was advised by PD that we would need to have it powered up before they install their trenches. However, UE have told me that I don't need to get it powered up and PD's electrician would need to place a service order via the retailer and get the pit powered up. What have people generally done? And what does it mean to get the pit powered up prior to PD installing trenches. Do we need to get a temporary pole put up or something? What sort of costs are involved? Any tips/feedback/comments etc. would be very much appreciated. Thanks. Cheers, DreamHome23 Re: Underground Pit with Porter Davis (South East Suburbs) 2Jun 27, 2014 11:58 pm No replies!
