Just a tip on the landscaping package- they make their money from ppl who don't know what they are doing. We've see lots of gardens from these schemes planted with unsuitable plants- lots of annuals, plants that need shade or sun, (and getting neither from where they've been planted,) or too big when fully grown for the spot- or ones that are easily struck from cuttings and/or grown from seed imo so not worth the money they will charge you. Become an informed buyer. Make your list beforehand, investigate their growing conditions and size, and you will get value for your money. Choose the more expensive exotics or grafted stuff, fruit trees, etc (we got credit for more retic and the more expensive grass we wanted). You will have less plants doing this but your patience and foresight will be rewarded down the track.
If you want Australian natives, go for tubestock every time or the smaller sized plants. Having to establish their root system earlier makes them hardier and better plants in the long run...
