Where is the like button?? ![]() Thinking about it, it is one row of bricks and a bit of mortar - it must be a bit vulnerable when it hasn't dried yet? Quite strange that we don't see more photos like that! Hopefully they'll fix it soon ![]() Re: Building in Brigadoon with Summit - Wall fell over! 47Mar 30, 2015 12:39 pm He he he - love the comments! Melsie, I reckon your mate was on the money ![]() There's been no movement on site for the last week and a half - hopefully this week see's some action (waiting for the SS to call back and give us an update this morning). I want to see the roof framing start!!! Re: Building in Brigadoon with Summit - Wall fell over! 48Apr 04, 2015 11:29 pm love the time lapse. Did you tell builder it was there? Re: Building in Brigadoon with Summit - Roof Carpentry 50Apr 19, 2015 10:23 am We've had a few hiccups over the last few weeks and had to get a few things redone (nothing major), which unfortunately lost us some more time, but sh!t happens and we're now back in action!!! Roof carpenters started last Monday and they're flying along. Roof cover should be on next week (Colorbond Gully) and the SS has advised handover is on track for Mid July. Sounds good to us (we were expecting August), but the proof will be in the pudding (or whatever the building equivalent would be)! Re: Building in Brigadoon with Summit - Wall fell over! 51Apr 19, 2015 10:34 am ![]() love the time lapse. Did you tell builder it was there? Hi Perth_Euro - Yep, the builder knows that we have a camera on site to take a time lapse. Funnily enough, the SS even reached out to us a few weeks ago to see if we could check the camera so that he could work out who / when our alfresco pillars were demolished. Turned out it was the roofies as they had identified in their readiness checks that the pillars weren't right and needed to be rebuilt, but the SS wasn't in the loop at the time!! We are also building in this development in Brigadoon...completed prestart last week. We are going to be doing earthworks ourselves. Any advice?
