They seem to use high quality fittings and their display home at Caroline Springs was of a very high standard (Melburnian), however another display home at an estate near Palmers Road was less than impressive....cracks and poor paintwork. They seemed to be willing to make any changes we wanted and the chap at Caroline Springs was helpful - but frankly I couldn't work out their pricing structure. When I worked out the price of the house we wanted (base house + extra's) I got a different number then they did because they insisted on working from fully spec'ed house minus things we didn't want. Even though we were given price lists for the various bits and pieces.
