Elara home owners are extremely lucky. This will further boost the property values at Elara.
Just wondering how would that boost property value ??
Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Stockland Elara at Marsden Park 2742May 24, 2018 8:14 pm The mere fact that builders had confidence in investing in the estate meant that they had forseen the infrastructure developments planned for the area. Prospective property buyers who would flock to view the display houses need not go far to look for vacant land. The builders themselves would also act as agents for Stockland whilst selling home and land packages. Homeworld itself has a very good marketing strategy as they are often heard in the radio and visible in major weekend papers. The interest generated can be converted to more sales which in turn may keep the prices in a status quo even during these trying times, if not go up a bit more. Bet you $100 their going to delay to June 2019 Re: Stockland Elara at Marsden Park 2748Jul 04, 2018 1:50 pm Why dont you guys look for NewPark? its same area anyway. and bunch of land will be settled in AUS/SEP, Inner roads are already connected via other Elara road say Macalister pde or via Marrallier drive. and Elara BLV also continuing via NewPark anyway. For a 300SQM land in Elara about 448K vs 425K in NewPark, less than 1 year time, as soon as fence moved, you wont realize what is newpark or Elara. these are just name. To me 25K savings is a lot really. and its a same area too. If anyone seriously looking to buy, go secure your place in NewPark. If you want early settlement say AUS?SEP?, plenty on realestate site or ask LandKing - Ross. you can even walk to newPark lot, They use same road signate/ same street light, lamppost, both area will use same water park in future, council doing all these for a reason. and Elara land settlement will be delay further (my guess). This is due to council will now prioritize NewPark for a reason. ( my guess though) Re: Stockland Elara at Marsden Park 2750Jul 04, 2018 4:14 pm asif Why dont you guys look for NewPark? its same area anyway. and bunch of land will be settled in AUS/SEP, Inner roads are already connected via other Elara road say Macalister pde or via Marrallier drive. and Elara BLV also continuing via NewPark anyway. Re: Stockland Elara at Marsden Park 2754Aug 13, 2018 1:50 pm Hi Future Newpark Residents, I am interested in getting a parcel in Stage 1 (one of the resales), I am trying to get an idea for the cost for a standard 350-375 sqm lots and any idea what the big 4 banks value the lots at just trying to make sure i don't make an offer that is too much. Thanks Re: Stockland Elara at Marsden Park 2756Aug 13, 2018 2:47 pm My main criteria is 12.5 m frontage lot, but would like to get idea of how much 300sqm would be. asif Do you prefer 300SQM? Please advise Re: Stockland Elara at Marsden Park 2757Aug 15, 2018 3:57 pm Does anyone know why has Stockland stopped the online ticket system for applying for lots? They are now asking people to go to their sales office on release day. Just wondering whether it has to do anything with them not being able to sell or if there is too much demand.
