Lot 1936 is definitely a good buy especially for those who missed out in the latest release. Re: Stockland Elara at Marsden Park 1967Feb 20, 2017 9:12 am Hey Guys Just wondering if anyone has the lot map and is able to post it here? I've got an early map of up to about stage 27 but I'm interesting in looking at stages 30+. Thanks and Regards psbCYan Re: Stockland Elara at Marsden Park 1968Feb 20, 2017 12:00 pm I'm going to sell the house im building in Elara and im about 12-14 weeks away from completion. Im moving to Dubbo in a few weeks and was wondering what everyone's thoughts on selling whilst still under construction? would I be risking a much higher price by listing early.. TIA Stockland Elara at Marsden Park 1969Feb 21, 2017 5:30 am @Grif090: The only concern is that you don't get the discount on the capital gains tax otherwise it should be alright to sell now. Rawson Homes has again rolled out their Orange Carpet Event for 2017 which is hard for other builders to match at the moment. Lot 1936 was snapped quickly last weekend. Everything was snapped up pretty quickly last week. In total there were 41 lots for sale. 24 in release 32 then the rest were emailed out the week prior to appointments. Did anyone else on here manage to snag one? I was lucky enough to get the last 375m2 they had on offer. Hi smathews I already bought a house and land package in Elara so I didn't purchase a block but someone I work with purchased lot 3213 on the weekend. Kind Regards Re: Stockland Elara at Marsden Park 1972Feb 21, 2017 7:30 am Hi Kaycee, I liked the home theatre component in the Rawson Homes, we have just done the Land Exchange contract with other builder. It is regrettable that the Home theatre is not part of the offer with my builder. do you know someone who can offer the similar components and can install once the house is finished? Thanks.. I would imagine they will bump up there base price to cover for it. Re: Stockland Elara at Marsden Park 1974Feb 21, 2017 10:42 am Hi All is anyone in the process of selecting a builder, do you have any suggestion who might have some good promotions going on at the moment. I am after a double storey home. I like the new rawson promo and also clarendon. Any suggestions are much appreciated. Thanks Re: Stockland Elara at Marsden Park 1975Feb 21, 2017 1:16 pm @Johnnycamelately: As long as there is no first floor above your home theatre it should be relatively easy for an electrician to install the home theatre components. If you have not yet gone thru the electrical stage then you can request for a pre-wire to be installed. If by chance you have gone past the electrical stage, then you can meet with your site supervisor onsite, give him a bottle of liquor worth more than $100 and request that you be notified when the electrical lines are to be installed so that you can pre-wire. Yes I do know people who can install such components. I have opened it in a shopping centre and can also see the image in your post. @ssivaram02: Much appreciated! Thanks Kaycee |
