We found the whole experience great, from sales guy to supervisor. We've had almost no issues, and if there were any they were always resolved. We're also very happy with the quality, which surpasses many of the houses around us (if not all), and with the customer care before, during and -especially- after the build. Re: From experience which Perth builder would you use again 4May 17, 2014 12:17 am i am building with redink .and from my experience i would build with them again . yeh they have made mistakes and i have been upset and stressed . but i guess most builders will make at least one mistake . its how they fix it . they are good with variation through out your build . trust me i made a few . very good at listerning to your concerns . but that is only my experience . my house is nearly finished and i think the quality of my home is better than their displays lol hopefully i don't move in and it falls apart ha ha .. the key is show the builder repect yeh your paying them but they are human too . any other guestions fill free to ask . goodluck Re: From experience which Perth builder would you use again 5May 17, 2014 11:44 am Thanks for the input. Its crazy how people can have such a different experience with the same builder. Read a lot of frustration in the forum and I suppose with the building mini boom they are busy. agree 100% with Melsie its not the mistake we all make them, its how its dealt with. thanks again. The front office personnel and sales staff will tell you exactly what you want to hear but if you get a bad Site Supervisor, who will almost undoubtedly be followed around by bad tradesmen as he's the only one who will give them work, you will be screwed. You need to find the hardest, meanest independent inspector you can because once you sign on the line you're just another one in the queue.
