Enjoy the hectic day today and enjoy the house Thanks Tori, every day has been hectic since getting the keys. Re: New Generation - Annie's Landing - KEYS!!!! 290Dec 22, 2014 11:11 pm So since getting the keys, the days have become a blur and rolled into one! Friday saw the garage doors installed, the alarm system installed and the painting started. Saturday was more painting and the electrician started for the install of lights and fans. The painters didn't work Sunday but the sparkie did. Today was all go again, 3 painters and 2 sparkies, almost there. The painting will be finished tomorrow, just in time for lots of our new furniture to be delivered. I was told they worked Sundays so thought they would be done today, that didn't happen and it isn't possible to put the deliveries back to xmas eve. I'll juggle it some how. Hubby comes home tomorrow night and can't wait to see the place. Just wait until he see the list of jobs I have for him to do on Wednesday, he will wish he was back at work! The sparkie is coming back to finish up and put the chandeliers up. I wanted to wait for the furniture to find the exact places for them. I can't wait to be able to scrub the place clean. The dirt and dust is driving me crazy!! Just a couple of pics. External lights installed, with the garage door and my temporary letter box. Ours has been pretty hectic. Poor hubby flew out this morning and after two weeks of early mornings and late nights he looked exhausted. Just glad I still have three weeks off. We've made some progress, but only one area is complete so far. Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Still got lots of boxes to unpack and still in the process for find homes for everything.
