We escaped with only H1. Still a P, due to the fill.
It really must vary a lot across that section
What does the fill relate to? Is the when the estatate was levelled and subdivided?

Our selection started on 24/04, if we had known the footing cost going to be that much high at that time, we definitely would not process further. Now it makes us angry and frustrated!!! Re: Looking for help with the External Colour Selections 24May 15, 2014 7:37 pm Oh no That is absolutely terrible... They should not have held on to that for that long without telling you. You have every right to be angry and frustrated. Maybe it's worth getting some quotes from other builders? You might come in cheaper, not just for the footings, but overall. Of course, it's very hard to walk away this late in the process, but it sounds like they aren't doing the right thing by you. Re: Looking for help with the External Colour Selections 26May 19, 2014 7:33 pm No, on the report it only shows Class H2-D, and P for fill, they said they needed to bring more soil. insider Rainleaves A engineer will have to design your footings with that soil report and your build in mind.
