I got contract from M and I did not get yet the layout diagram after correction. M made a lots of mistakes in the floor plan and I asked them to correct those. My inquiry is SC2.2 special condition: M has written that Builder will be entitled to review the contract price to take into account any increase in the cost of labour and materials that may occurred since the date of the new home proposal.
Does M changes the special condition? M count back 90 days from the builders validation letter and apply the list price that was current at that date. If M delays to submit to council and plan does not approve within 90 days, should I responsible for delay and price increase?
