Their SS told them unless they took it down they could expect their build to "take a lot longer" The SS doesn't sound too smart. I'd be tricking him into sending something like that in an e-mail or text. I'd also be screaming it form the rooftops, naming the SS and taking legal action for blackmail. Not only do they not have legal grounds for the customer to take down the comments if it can't be proven the comments were made with malicious intent the builder is leaving themselves open for legal action from the customer.
