Looking forward to seeing it painted and hopefully I love it Our build thread: https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=70984 Re: Our Ben Trager Build - Keys 30th...? 1944Nov 24, 2015 10:52 pm Ah dammit that's annoying! Hopefully at half strength it is not so blue? Will see on the weekend Our build thread: https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=70984 Re: Our Ben Trager Build - Keys 30th...? 1947Nov 25, 2015 9:15 am Looking good archetto! love the window in your kitchen. I see what you mean about the mirror, but it doesn't look that bad And I wouldn't have paid $500.00 either! When you think about it, unless you have built before, it is so hard to make sure you haven't missed anything. Without 3D videos of your house, we have to go by what we think will look good, and what we can visualise in our own heads. Re: Our Ben Trager Build - Keys 30th...? 1948Nov 25, 2015 10:08 am Yay for progress. I don't think the mirror looks too bad, though I'm with you on tiling that gap. Can't wait to see all your colours! Re: Our Ben Trager Build - Keys 30th...? 1949Nov 25, 2015 11:19 am Is it possible to do the tiles now with the shower screen in? Our build thread: https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=70984 Re: Our Ben Trager Build - Keys 30th...? 1950Nov 25, 2015 11:47 am Whoa - it really is starting to look like a finished house. How exciting! I can't believe you were going to be charged $500 for the mirror. They only charged us $72!!! Everything else looks great. Can't believe you will have keys in a week! So exciting Blog: https://houseamour.com/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/houseamour/ Our build thread with Ben Trager Homes: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=77796 Re: Our Ben Trager Build - Keys 30th...? 1953Nov 25, 2015 12:21 pm Can't wait to see it all painted! Looking great First Build, Commodore Homes, Honeywood, Wandi. viewtopic.php?t=77170 Re: Our Ben Trager Build - Keys 30th...? 1954Nov 25, 2015 12:34 pm I think a good tiler could easily fill that in. You could always move the mirror somewhere else and buy two. You could get some bling ones to match the sparkle in that gorgeous feature tile Re: Our Ben Trager Build - Keys 30th...? 1955Nov 25, 2015 12:51 pm Good idea DD! I'm sure it could be used in the shed gym! Yeah will find a tiler I'll get them to do the same in the other bathroom too, it was the one thing I was going to ask to be done at the tile meeting and when the tiler wasn't there I didn't see the point as the instructions wouldn't be passed on properly Our build thread: https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=70984 Re: Our Ben Trager Build - Keys 30th...? 1956Nov 25, 2015 5:25 pm WOW archetto! Keys?! Finally! That's so awesome, I hope handover goes smoothly for you!! First Build, Commodore Homes, Alkimos Beach. So close now! Countdown.... Re: Our Ben Trager Build - Keys 30th...? 1958Nov 26, 2015 4:27 pm Hi arhetto it looks lovely, actually having the space to the sides of the mirror mean you could add lights if you should want to do so later. And I'm with trixee you'll probably not notice after a while anyway. How're they getting along with the list? Still on target for Monday? Hope so! Re: Our Ben Trager Build - Keys 30th...? 1959Nov 26, 2015 4:33 pm My partner is checking the house out today so I hope so!! On the weekend we will do our own PCI too, will be easier to take our time without someone 'over our shoulder' too My grandad was released from hospital yesterday too so that is great This isn't his first heart attack and he is 89 so I was quite worried! Good idea about lights, I was going to try and put some small shelves in for perfume and a plant, hopefully enough room! I know how much you want him to see your lovely new home. What a relief. 89!!! One tough cookie "Losers" "humanity" "off time" "your" "top notch" "love symbol" Sounds like ponzo is done using other people's toilets 36 23913 Thank you so much everyone. This all makes a lot of sense. I guess when you talk to a builder who butters up everything to look very polished, you get to start believing… 7 17615 |
