Re: Our Ben Trager Build - PCI 11/11! 1733Nov 02, 2015 9:38 pm That's quite a list. I don't dare start my own list. http://www.housebythewater.wordpress.com From blank block to new home in Mandurah, Western Australia. viewtopic.php?f=31&t=65564 Re: Our Ben Trager Build - PCI 11/11! 1734Nov 02, 2015 10:13 pm It is quite long, but a few jobs on there can be done by the same trades Our build thread: https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=70984 Re: Our Ben Trager Build - PCI 11/11! 1735Nov 02, 2015 10:39 pm Oh crap! That's a fairly long list. I hope they don't try to delay PCI fingers crossed all the trades come and smash out to get it done First Build, Commodore Homes, Honeywood, Wandi. viewtopic.php?t=77170 Re: Our Ben Trager Build - PCI 11/11! 1736Nov 02, 2015 11:09 pm That list looks similar to ours, a lot of things half done that need finishing. Good luck! Re: Our Ben Trager Build - PCI 11/11! 1737Nov 02, 2015 11:38 pm archetto It is quite long, but a few jobs on there can be done by the same trades Re: Our Ben Trager Build - PCI 11/11! 1738Nov 03, 2015 7:58 pm Today our driveway was done, but not without issue, of course... I have no idea where they get their trades from but they don't read plans, we now have our portico paved, we were decking this so removed the pavers, we also have a path from the driveway to the portico which was never on the plans, and our driveway has been finished around 1.5m short. I just don't remember the last time a job was finished the first time and done correctly!? Do they just think everybody has the same so just go ahead and do it? Why can't they just read plans Re: Our Ben Trager Build - PCI 11/11! 1740Nov 03, 2015 8:49 pm Aw how annoying! The exact same thing happened to us! They paved the alfresco instead of the front path and portico! Mustn't have even looked at the plans! so annoying! Every single one of the trades we had got things wrong as well. I feel your frustration but hang in there, the finish line is in sight! It's the best feeling once you have those keys in your hand! First Build, Commodore Homes, Honeywood, Wandi. viewtopic.php?t=77170 "Losers" "humanity" "off time" "your" "top notch" "love symbol" Sounds like ponzo is done using other people's toilets 36 23887 Thank you so much everyone. This all makes a lot of sense. I guess when you talk to a builder who butters up everything to look very polished, you get to start believing… 7 17591 |
