Forgive my vagueness but has anyone done a rough in for A/C? We will be installing one after handover and Simonds suggested we rough in but i really have no idea what that involves and who does it?? Our a/c company came in at frame stage and did the rough in. From memory it was only a couple pipes run from an exterior wall to the location of the return air vent. I just love cleaning so much more since iam cleaning my OWN house and not a rental... and cooking is so much more enjoyable now bcos I have a gorgeous brand new 900mm cooktop stove. Only disappointed in our master size, because we upgrade our ensuite it took a chunk of that but oh well! And I found out that ugly tap out the front is staying, it's our water connection! I found it really hard to judge the size at frame stage, hopefully your bedroom feels a little bigger when the plasterboard goes up.
