Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Apr 29, 2014 1:47 am Hi, I Have owned land for 8 months, in the last two months houses have been built around my block. Over Time i noticed that building waste tiles/bricks/wood was being dumped on my vacant land. I already live on the same street and have been taking notes about which contractors/builders have been dumping the rubbish. They have only been from two house builds and both were houses that were getting built by Dennis Family Homes. I am unsure how i approach Dennis Family Homes about the dumping that they or their contractors have been doing. I have taken photos of the rubbish and the materials attached too the homes under construction. 1. Do I wait until the new owners move into the house and knock on their door and demand that the rubbish gets removed? 2. Approach Dennis Family Homes with the evidence linking them too the illegal dumping, and ask for it too be removed? 3. Contact the local council (City of Casey) and report illegal dumping of building waste? 4. All of the above? Thanks in advance, Re: Other Builders Dumping Rubbish on my land. 2Apr 29, 2014 2:04 am 2 followed by 3 if no action by builders.
