He has a great one about buying a block. It goes through all the things to be considered when buying a block of land. Also, I thought HG was community title, so you would probably want to have a good understanding of all that entails before you purchase. Having said that, I know that the facilities at Harrington Grove are top notch having visited a few times over the last few years. If you are a regular gym user or plan on using the pool a lot any community fees would be offset by those advantages. I wish you all the best with your potential purchase. Cheers, Jenny. There is another forum where all the Harrington Grovers talk on "Who is building at Harrington Grove" you should join us isn't a garage level with the rest of the house a given? pretty sure they 'came around' long time ago. if you have a flat block, the garage is usually level with the rest… 1 17528 Yeah I don't know why I came to a forum.
