Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Apr 26, 2014 8:34 pm Just wondering how people find keeping dark bathroom countertops clean? I've just realized they used the wrong color in our ensuite (raven instead of snow - so dark charcoal instead of bright white!) BUT it actually looks nice. I was wondering though is it hard to keep dark stone clean in a bathroom that gets toothpaste/soap/creams etc on it? We have an inspection on the house this week so will need to mention it then if I want it fixed (I've only seen it through the windows at this point) Thanks! More a case of different dirt! Foundation, mascara and crap like that show up more on white whereas toothpaste would show up more on dark. Just clean it! Re: Keeping dark caesarstone clean? 6Apr 27, 2014 10:51 am I have more trouble keeping dark looking clean than I do light. I think it's more the fingerprints and smears that show up and annoy me. The lighter one I find easier to polish up and look nice. Re: Keeping dark caesarstone clean? 7Apr 27, 2014 1:26 pm Fingerprints do show up more easily if its dark. I had night sky which I found annoying to keep clean but only if the sun or spotlights are on it. A daily wipe or whenever visitors come should manage it. If you like the look better I'd just keep it.
