Turnkey Simonds Homes Precinct

Hi we are going to buy a Simonds home from the Precinct collection. I was wondering if any one else has brought one of these homes? Our next step is to sign the new homes contract. I am not sure of this process can anyone help me understand, the difference between turn key and just buying the house regarding the difference in contracts.

? Never heard of that. 'Turn key' usually means 'ready to go' so I'm guessing it means you can't make alterations is that right? We've been in our Simonds home four months now and love, love, LOVE it!

Yes we cannot make any changes to the structure of the home. I like the idea of a fixed price.

Thank you Sammy. Your house will be too! I think it's a great idea to go with a pre-packaged, pre-priced home. No surprises, all done-and-dusted, no fuss, no impossibly endless choices to choose from. Seriously, that might sound ideal, but its super hard. Simonds have awesome stylist/decorators on the payroll that would have put together a classy theme that will look like it belongs on a Vogue magazine cover. So what is the floor plan, got any pictures?

Yes the will be the second house we have build. I really love not having to go through all those choices. We didn't get to pick the facade which is okay as it is nice. We had 3 colour choices light, medium or dark for the interior that being flooring and cupboard choices. I get to pick the wall colour I am hoping lol.
