Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Apr 23, 2014 6:41 pm Hi, can someone please tell me is it correct to sign the tender and pay the acceptance fee before your land contract is exchanged? This 3rd party im going through had kinda pushed me to sign the tender, paid the $5000 fee to be able to exchange the land contract, but the land contract does not state or have any clauses to say that I must build with this 3rd party. I need to find out if this is a correct process or is he trying to push me thru this so we have no way out and must build with them.
