We're down now and finally get to see it all first hand! We are at lock-up as of the 22nd of Jan. Kitchen benches and cupboards have been installed. All inside plastering has been done. Tiles are sitting inside waiting to be laid. All the plumbers gear was dropped off today 28/1/14 so hopefully that will be done soon! We met with the local bobcat guy today and showed him what we want done for landscaping waiting to get the quote... Antenna, NBN, Modem, Telstra stuff get put in tomorrow 29/1/15 Soakwells are planned for the 9th of Feb. Looking for handover by end of Feb? Fingers crossed. We will put up some new pictures soon! Re: Southwest build with WACB 44Feb 01, 2015 7:50 am We had a quick look yesterday and noticed all the inside doors were on. The plumbers also been and connected everything. Hot water system was on. We were originally just putting in vinyl sheeting for the floors but after looking in craft decor we have gone with a 400*400 charcoal tile! Landscaping starts next week. Re: Southwest build with WACB 45Feb 26, 2015 9:56 am Here's a few more photo's. It's all going well so far. The soakwells are now in, the carport floor was poured. The retic was installed, side fencing was put up, gravel side access done and area prep'd for grass. The tiler is almost done with the wet areas. Driveway and alfresco gets paved around 6th of March. Painter starts around 1st of March. Still need plumber to do his final touches and electrician to start wiring in lights/power points etc. Reverse Cycle Air con goes in 26th of March. Handover *fingers crossed* around 28th of March.
