We are building with Smart Homes (Ventura,Aussie Living group) and also went through Iconic with Keystart. Xxj your plan is veeery similar to ours, except we enclosed the theatre with double doors to make my son's nursery closer to the Master. I've found this thread very helpful as I don't seem to have many followers on myne, hehe We have also gone for a black/white & neutrals. Your progress is great! We are still waiting for land survey. They are a grey beige colour. I was a bit worried they would be too beige but we are so happy with them now they are down! Overall we have had a good experience with Aussie Living too. Most of our issues were broker related and we were a bit mislead with the timeframes we were given at the beginning. Not being able to get in sucks. From what I have been told the splashback, plumbing, electrics, cleaning and blinds have all been done in the last few weeks. They are apparently working on the paving at the moment and then carpets next.
