What is everyone's experience on claiming? Did they make it difficult? Do you think they rip you off? How long did it take to get your insurance money? I received 4 different quotes to complete my house (all of the quote are on par to each other) and I'm worried that when QBE send a surveyor, they will undervalue the cost of completing my house....
