Browse Forums Building A New House Re: land in circa berwick 5May 09, 2014 6:37 pm We also have purchased land at Circa Signed last June and was hoping to have started building late 2013. Then Feb then April then June and now being told July-August but website says September. Re: land in circa berwick 6May 10, 2014 1:35 pm To all who have purchased land at Circa 1886, it seems no one wants to take responsibility, Circa say's it Casey Council, the Council will say that the developer is at fault. Who do we believe? I too purchased land in Stage 2 and was told by the Sales Consultant it would title in April 2014 due to excessive rain fall in November 2013, then it was going to be June 2014, now it's September 2014, what will they say next? There more interested in the park development on Como parade not your land titling. If I had of known then what i know now I would not have made that Purchase and what makes it more difficult is the builder wants to start on building your home. All these big companies want is your hard earned money in there back pocket's, Well now they can wait even longer for it. I say " Give us who purchased in Circa 1886 the truth, not lie's". Re: land in circa berwick 7May 11, 2014 3:02 am we purchursed land in stage 1 and we were told it would be ready to buuild on in june that is of last week. we don't know what's happenning no one is telling us the truth, sales consultant is not much help at all. we are just playing a waiting game and we can't get out now it's too late. - Build thread- My Allegra- Dream by Henley Re: land in circa berwick 8May 12, 2014 1:43 pm evec Have they told you its because of Casey Council and someone leaving so all the paperwork has had to be re-submitted? Because stage one looks well and truly ready to be started on Re: land in circa berwick 9May 12, 2014 6:51 pm So far resubmission of papers is news to me. We were not aware of this at all, m told they did not meet copliance. Which was required by the council and they are working on the issue, but no one is being forthcoming with information. It's frastruating - Build thread- My Allegra- Dream by Henley Re: land in circa berwick 10May 13, 2014 1:51 pm evec Are you being told June still? Yes it is frustrating that they can not give us a straight answer. Even more frustrating that we have no come back on them Re: land in circa berwick 12May 13, 2014 2:17 pm tstr1a Circa is located in Clyde not Berwick? Actually Clyde North Second Build, this time with Carlisle 2016, can't wait! Actually Clyde North awwww. I got confused as the word Berwick is mentioned Yep i believe they try to pass off as being part of Berwick when they actually isnt! Berwick ends on the opposite side of the road To entice more people to buy perhaps? Feel sorry for those delayed with the land titles... we also looked there but didn't want to wait too long so we drove to neighbouring estates and ours titled on time. Good luck and hopefully there'll be some houses popping up soon! Second Build, this time with Carlisle 2016, can't wait! It's a lovely estate l just can't believe the delays Re: land in circa berwick 16May 13, 2014 6:39 pm This is just a joke! We are in stage 2; first told that the release was December 2013, then February 2014, then April, then June and now September! Now they're blaming Casey Shire. Don't know who is to blame because we can't trust either Casey Shire or the Pask group as developers! I'm certainly telling everyone I know to avoid any development by the Pask group and if possible, avoid Casey Shire. Infuriating ..... Re: land in circa berwick 17May 13, 2014 8:19 pm Yes circa is part of clyde north, for me that's not an issue because all we wanted was a big block of land. And we found it within our budget in circa so we went for it. The only fruastrating issue for us is lack of transparency from the developer and lack of communication. Right now there are just bits and pieces of information that doesn't make sense, I wish we could get out of this mess but I guess that's too late now - Build thread- My Allegra- Dream by Henley Re: land in circa berwick 18May 13, 2014 8:24 pm Bearynice01 The website is still saying june but the sales consultant said it could be earlier than that but who knows we can't trust their word they keep changing - Build thread- My Allegra- Dream by Henley Re: land in circa berwick 19May 17, 2014 2:58 am hi everyone, m getting really tired of waiting for titles. I just want to start construction. for those who bought land in circa is your builder having issues with the LDP because henley had to go back and forth with some of the requirements in stage 1. i hope circa will deliver they are causing me a lot of stress right now!! - Build thread- My Allegra- Dream by Henley Re: land in circa berwick 20May 19, 2014 10:53 am We signed on the dotted line in July 13 in the grange estate and were told it would be ready in October/November 2013.
We have already enrolled our child in a school nearby for 2015 as we expected building to be underway well before then. Still waiting...... Yeah I don't know why I came to a forum. Place is full of wierdos/pedos thought internet may help but I suppose I'll try my luck with someone in person. Cheers. I tried… 0 6414 Need advice on the backyard plan above.
