Mine is only 38.5 + (extra 3sq single garage ) = 41sq and in our commencement letter stated 330 days build time bring us to 20th dec 2014 .. You are building one big home.. and it looks great! they are moving along really fast. I am also building with Burbank, DS 36 sq in total (was the 32). So it looks like all three of us building Double stories will all be finished about the same time! My SS also mentioned we will be finished around September. Our slab was poured just after labour day. The rain has slowed things down for us... I just need a few more sunny day and we will be close to lockup!
