Ours was $750 for undercount square sinks Knockdown and rebuild - Sahara Q2 with Henley viewtopic.php?f=31&t=75715 Which sink did you have kremlin27? Have just checked our tender, and the upgrade was $790. It is for the Franke Plaza Undermount Sink model PZX220-39R10. We were originally told that this was the price for the square sinks with the rounded edges but when our tender came in that sink was $1300. When we questioned it they offered the square cornered one for $790 so we took that option. Was there an issue with the sink itself or was it just the pricing side? I'm thinking about changing my glass splasback to tiles. Has anyone made a change post contract signing? Was it difficult? The build hasn't started yet, so plenty of time before the splasback would be installed. I loved my glass splash back in my last kitchen. No grout and so so easy to clean! viewtopic.php?t=78112 I just made the mistake of going to look at Beaumont Tiles today! At the colour appointment I only looked at what Cosham had...there wasn't really any tiles that I loved for a splashback there....but there are a few that caught my attention today Re: Henley Homes 2131Jan 18, 2016 10:16 pm PZX220-39R10 insert sink for $530 undermount $200-$250 more Re: Henley Homes 2132Jan 18, 2016 10:18 pm Wonder why the same sink (PZX220-39R10) now costs about $250 more? price quoted to me was $1050 for undermount.
