If anyone at the final stage of those build probably they can advice is how it works Re: Henley Homes 1948Nov 06, 2015 12:01 pm Your right New..my admin emailed me back this morning and I won't be able to find out until after fixing stage.. Re: Henley Homes 1953Nov 09, 2015 8:33 am Got a update from the building coordinator as per her we should have a foundation within next three weeks, three weeks is too long to wait Re: Henley Homes 1954Nov 10, 2015 9:27 am Hi Guys, I need your suggestions/ help please. Our valuation comes $25,000 less and our broker is saying we can't change the bank as our land is titled and its with Comm Bank. Is it true? Any suggestions or better way to deal in this situation? Re: Henley Homes 1955Nov 10, 2015 9:29 am I'd suggest finding another broker. Re: Henley Homes 1957Nov 10, 2015 9:42 am My understand is you can't unless you transfer the land loan to the new bank as well because bank use the land as a security for the building loan Re: Henley Homes 1958Nov 10, 2015 9:42 am You should be able to change bank can't see why not..you might need to transfer the existing land loan with the new bank Re: Henley Homes 1959Nov 10, 2015 9:43 am I would suggest to contact Henley and ask them why it is 25K higher than the valuation they might be able to change it ha round to match the valuation Re: Henley Homes 1960Nov 10, 2015 9:46 am I have asked Henley and waiting for their reply. If other bank will give me good valuation then I don't mind to change existing land loan with new bank but one question is that does it effect our credit history?
