We have paid for our slab but there was nothing about rock and we had a provisional amount in the tender. That's not correct. If Darbecca or any other inspector find things pre pour that are not to BCA or Australian Standards or not to plan specifications then they have to rectify them before they pour. They also have to be able to show proof of the rectification being done, if they don't show proof and they pour the slab then they will have an expensive task of ripping it up and starting again. They can't just say yeah we did it, it has to be rectified. It's a bit different for frame etc as you usually give 2 weeks for them to complete any rectification and you can pick up stuff not done at next stage. Who is you SS Re: Henley Homes 1936Nov 05, 2015 8:47 pm Thanks for the info, will keep that in mind for them to prove..we have Michael Turner..did you have him? Re: Henley Homes 1938Nov 05, 2015 8:50 pm New_Robinhood As per my discussion with them they don't have a per cubic meter price, it all depend on how much additional labour, machines & material such as concrete etc cost due to rock, good luck mate When do they provide invoice? After the foundation done? Or at the end of the build..I'm scared for tomorrow Hopefully there isn't much after that..not sure what they did today that pulled out all those rocks..saw some kind of electricity stick in the ground Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: Henley Homes 1939Nov 05, 2015 8:56 pm kremlin27 When do you find out what the cost for rock is ie when do they provide you with the provisional breakdown?
