So we've signed up with Henley after a long never ending hunt for the perfect builder !! Waiting to see what happens at the Color Selection & Tender appointment..I'm hoping they don't shoot up any more costs as I'm already on the edge with my budget I've heard that they returned with site costs as high as 21k. Not sure why, doesn't look that bad... You could add it heigher if you wanted! Im thinking on a computer screen in an application? Its just so hard to imagine it... Unfortunately they don't... Need to picture it some how.. they're quite helpful in making decisions for you if you request it... Not exactly - but at our colour appointment we just put our flooring/tiles/paint/etc. swatches all together and took some photos. Did a separate one for the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry and exterior. Doing this we found it pretty simple to try different colours to see how they would work together. Built the Henley Monaco Nouveau Q1 Mk2 in 2015..
