Is there a certain time builders have to give u a pci & handover dates? We have been told 19th Dec is the latest we will be in but no exact dates for anything yet. I'm getting worried coz we have to give notice in our rental and if we don't get dates soon we will have both houses for a while! I rang our SS who said he would get us one by the end of the week and here we are and still nothing. So just wondering if it's normal to get those dates so close to the handover???

I am in the same boat as you OP. I'm struggling to get dates out of the site supervisor. First he gave me 20th for PCI then 28th for handover (we had an inspection session once painting was complete with him to mark up paintwork). But then he changed his mind even though nothing had happened.
We have to give 21 days rental notice, and still don't have dates. He got us in on the 20th to do half of PCI inspection, but they don't seem to be fixing anything.
It's frustrating. Sorry, no advice, but I feel for you as I'm in the same boat.
