I think Selandra Rise is the fastest selling at the moment in Clyde North, we chose to live there because of the highschool and it's very strategic. We thought about buying in Berwick Waters but it's way too expensive for us considering that the suburb is still Clyde north not Berwick and no highschool within the estate. Re: Nevada 35 in Selandra Rise 31Jul 05, 2014 11:05 am Hi jillybug, Thank you. There are 3 schools in Selandra now, St Peter's College, St Vincent de Paul Primary and a state primary which is being built at the moment near our house. There is also Cranbourne East highschool in Hunt Club which is very close from Selandra. If only I knew before buying at Berwick Waters There are a few schools around BW,Francis Xavier and Hilcrest are not far from the estate. What did you upgrade/add and what do you recommend a must to add to the Nevada? Hello, Whats peoples current experience building with Carlisle, specifically in SouthEast Melbourne? We are currently building in SE Melbourne and finding that quality… 0 9193 We were lucky in that our old house was so small (86 square metres) compared to the new house, they were able to take enough readings around the old backyard house before… 8 37077 Thanks for your reply. I will just wait and see I guess. Trying to get some more information from our builder. 9 30233 |
