We're thinking that this could be utilised as a room for a home cinema style experience ( surround sound and all that.) Not an easy decision. And we have a huge family room with a tv alcove of 4 meters. i think that whole space is 6 x7 approx.. hmmmm and there will be a leisure room upstairs. good old opportunity cost! hahah.
